Orlando Samuels has been in charge of the Cuba men's team since 2007
Sofia, Bulgaria, July 5, 2012 – Cuba coach Orlando Samuels explains the current situation of Cuban volleyball and what it means for his side to play in the World League Finals, especially considering they missed out on qualifying for the Olympic Games.

Samuels, who has been in charge of Cuba since the 2007 World League, led Cuba to the 2010 FIVB World Championship final and a 2009 Grand Champions Cup silver medal.
