BULLETIN -- VISA FIVB Beach Volleyball International rescheduled night matches

London's icon Horse Guards Parade has been transformed for the 2011 VISA FIVB Beach Volleyball International, a women's 24-team test event being held in the heart of central London through Sunday.

London, August 9, 2011 - LOCOG has decided to bring forward the last three beach volleyball matches today so the competition at Horse Guards Parade in the heart of central London ends at 19:15 local time rather than 22:00 as originally scheduled.

Where possible, the three matches will be played on the practice courts, adjacent to center court during this afternoon's session. LOCOG feels this is a sensible and pragmatic approach given recent events in London.

The VISA FIVB Beach Volleyball International is a women's 24-team Olympic test event being held through Sunday in the heart of central London on the grounds of the iconic Horse Guards Parade.
