Who qualifies for World League final in Spain?

Qualification for the Final Round.
After the completion of Intercontinental Round 7 on Sunday, June 29 the top two teams from each Pool (8 teams) advance to the finals. Spain as host country qualifies automatically. In case that the host country is not among the eight qualified teams, the lowest second-ranked team of the Intercontinental Round will be eliminated to make way for the host country.
Finals Qualifiers: Russia, Spain, Brazil, Italy, Serbia and Montenegro, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Greece.
