Yuko’s nickname “Ryo” comes from the former Japanese TV
personality, Ryoko Sano. Ryo is one of the smallest players in the world but with
her great ability to anticipate the course of an
opponent's attack she can possibly prove herself to be
one of the best liberos of the upcoming World Cup.
As a result of her regular physical training, Ryo’s
thighs are getting bigger and bigger and this has led to
her greater stability in defence.
Ryo is very reserved and reticent; hence, she expresses
her fighting spirit through playing impressively on the
court.
She respects her parents very much and likes cats and
dogs. In her free time, she loves trying out the food at
various restaurants. Ten’s favourite food is potatoes
and her best way of relieving stress is shopping.
