| Biography: Jonas Personeni from Switzerland started officiating beach volleyball competitions on the National Level in 2001. He has passed the International Refereeing Candidate Course in 2005 and was nominated as International Referee in 2007. Personeni has officiated at the World Championships in 2007, 2009 and 2011. At the age of 24 years he was nominated for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and officiated the All-Chinese Women’s Semi-Final. Personeni officiated his 2nd Olympics at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Additionally, from 2007 until 2012 he has been a member of the Swiss Refereeing Commission being responsible for all beach volleyball activities. |
